How to use by Supplier

Suppliers/Dealers
  • Login to the portal
  • You can update your profile and password by clicking the "Profile"
  • Update your profile Picture so that you store will be available on Home page
  • Update your store currency for your store products prices
Products/Items Management
  • You can Manage your products/Items by clicking the "Items"
    • To add your products/Items Click on add new item
      • Select the category of your product/item
      • Select the sub-category
      • Enter the complete name of your product/item (name + size + color etc. if any)
      • Enter your Cost price which will be used later to generate your Income statement
      • Enter your Sale price which will be available on the site to your consumers/clients
      • Enter the quantity that is available in your store
      • Click Save
      • Edit the Product/Item to add multiple images and specification
    • To edit your product/item click on edit icon in the items/products listing available on the right side of each product
    • Edit the Product/Item to add multiple images and specification
Orders Management
  • You can Manage your Orders of your clients/consumer by clicking the "Orders"
  • You can view the order detail by clicking on the order number on the left
  • You Can add/update Shipping charges before Order Completion
  • In the detail page of the order you can change the order status by clicking the status icon on the top right corner
    • Change the status to planning by clicking on planning
    • Change the status to in progress by clicking on progress
    • Change the status to complete by clicking on complete
      • The order will be completed and an invoice will be created with status unpaid which you can manage in the invoice section
    • The status updates of the orders will be available to your client/consumers
  • In the detail page of the order you can print the order by clicking the print icon on the top right corner
  • Can export to csv/excel files
Invoice Management
  • You can Manage your Invoices of your clients/Consumers by clicking the "Invoices"
  • You can view the Invoice detail by clicking on the Invoice number on the left
  • In the detail page of the Invoice you can manage the payment receipts by clicking the currency icon on the top right corner
    • Enter the Amount received from your costumers/clients
    • Select the check box of the most top invoice that are listing in the bottom
    • If the received amount is the total amount of the invoice, it will change the status of the invoice to Paid otherwise it will change to partial payment
      • All the payment receipts are available in the bottom of each Invoice detail page.
    • The status and received payments updates of the Invoice will be available to your clients/consumers
  • In the detail page of the Invoice you can print the Invoice + payments received of this invoice by clicking the print icon on the top right corner
  • Can export to csv/excel files
